Accurate and complete registration information is required to use BIM and Kenneth Bock, M.D.. All members are encouraged to use password common sense: safeguard your log in password, pick a password that cannot be guessed by others, keep it private, and periodically change it. You are responsible for the security of your passwords and for any use of your account. Please immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
